These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and we999 ("we999", "the Platform", "the Company", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the we999 online gaming and sports betting platform available at we999.today ("the Platform").

By creating a we999 account, logging into the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through we999, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. • The use of the we999 Platform must not be prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the applicable laws of your local jurisdiction.

we999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active we999 account at any given time. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

During registration, you are required to create a secure password for your we999 account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your we999 login credentials (username and password);
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account, whether with or without your knowledge;

All deposits and withdrawals on the we999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we999 does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Deposits: Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as stated on the cashier page. Deposits made to your we999 account are for the sole purpose of gaming on the Platform and cannot be reversed once submitted, except in exceptional circumstances at we999's sole discretion. we999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Anti-Money Laundering: we999 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All transactions are monitored. All betting and gaming activity on we999 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as published on the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket matches — including PSL, international Test series, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with we999's sports betting rules, which define the settlement markets, void conditions, and procedures for cancelled or abandoned events. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed on the Platform is considered final unless we999 determines it was accepted in error (e.g., due to a palpable error in the odds).

Casino Games: The outcome of all we999 RNG-based casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. we999 does not and cannot alter game outcomes after a bet has been placed. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be declared void and any stakes will be returned to the player's we999 account balance.

Disputes: If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly or that a game outcome has been recorded in error, you must raise the dispute with we999 customer support within 7 days of the relevant event settling. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the voiding of all bets and winnings, and the forfeiture of any remaining account balance:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are aware that another person using your account is under 21;

we999 reserves the right to report suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct to the relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your we999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. we999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits we999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

we999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the we999 Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section prevents we999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.
